Singer was born on the 26th of November 1986 in Santa Monica California United States of America. She is the child of her dad Vincenzo and her maternal grandmother Valerie Barba. Her family and she moved to Point Pleasant New Jersey when she was 6 years old. In terms of her education, she attended Red Bank Catholic High School in New Jersey. After that, she went to Catholic University, where she received a diploma in architecture. She began playing violin when she was four years old, and became known by the name Violin Girl. It was because of her talents that she was referred to under the title Violin Girl. She also taught kids from the area playing the violin. In the six season of American Idol, she sang Free in the year 1976, at which time she was nineteen. The singer was subsequently eliminated the show after she finished 16th. There were many songs she performed including 2009's "The Songs of Christmas" as well as 2010's Out for Blood. Additionally, she's appeared as a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Antonella Barba rose to stardom when she sang in America in the sixth season of American Idol. Following her elimination from the top 16 on American Idol, Antonella Barba began acting on screen. In 2012, she appeared in Fear Factor as a contestant. She also appeared in minor roles in a few films. According to Daily Mail reports on November 21st of 2019, she was sentenced nearly four years of prison time for conspiring to distribute Fentanyl. In July, the artist was accused of having more than 400 grams of Fentanyl with intent to distribute. The singer was however detained in Virginia, in October 2018, after she attempted to transport two pounds of fentanyl to an underground storage facility.
